Create a show-stopping centerpiece for your dinner party or wine and cheese

night with a Smoked Cheese Board. This impressive spread of smoked cheeses offers a delightful combination of rich flavors and sophisticated aromas, sure to be a hit with your guests.


Ingredients:


● Assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda, blue cheese, etc.)

● Assorted crackers and bread

● Fresh fruit (grapes, apple slices, figs, etc.)

● Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)

● Honey or jam for drizzling

● Fresh herbs for garnish (rosemary, thyme, etc.)

● Wood chips (oak, hickory, or apple work well)


Instructions:

1.    Prepare the Cheese: Arrange your selection of cheeses on a large wooden board or platter. Surround the cheeses with crackers, bread, fresh fruit, and nuts.
